Lokotrack® ST4.10™ & ST4.10E™ mobile screen is ideal for large-scale aggregates production. Its 5′ x 20′ triple deck screen produces four end products. The wide feeding box and adjustable discharge height on 10 m conveyors makes it a powerful aggregate screen in closed circuit crushing processes.

Despite its large size Lokotrack® ST4.10™ & ST4.10E™ mobile screener is fast and easy to set-up and can be transported between sites as a single unit on a low bed truck.
The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing and screening results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers and screens in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator’s cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control. Metso Metrics online monitoring service however keeps you up to date on your processes and Lokotrack fleet when you are off-site helping you stay ahead of maintenance and maximize output.
As all Lokotracks, ST4.10 & ST4.10E mobile aggregate screener is highly customizable to fit for different needs with wide range of options, and it can be modified if the production requirements change. As a leading company of mobile crushing and screening technology Metso also offers tailor-made equipment that fit to your special production needs.
The top and middle deck screen mesh are side tensioned and conveyors are lifted hydraulically. This means that the screening media can be changed by a single person.
ST4.10™ & ST4.10E™ aggregate screen’s spare parts, wear parts, and service are available through Metso worldwide network.
