Empowering Skills. Building the Future.

As one of the UAE’s leading heavy equipment distributors, Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is redefining workforce development through its state-of-the-art Training Centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, supported by a fully mobile Onsite Training Center that delivers expert instruction right to customers’ locations.

With a mission to empower contractors and operators, Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) ‘s training department offers a full suite of programs designed to enhance productivity, improve safety, and reduce operational downtime.

Professional Training. Delivered Where It Matters.

Galadari’s comprehensive training services are primarily conducted at its fully equipped centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. These hubs serve as the backbone of GTHE’s operator development strategy, offering:

  • Commissioning Training: guiding teams through pre-operation checks, setup, and best-use practices to ensure optimal machine performance from day one.
  • Simulation: providing risk-free, immersive environments where operators can sharpen skills on virtual excavators, wheel loaders, and more.
  • Maintenance Training: teaching service teams how to extend machine life and reduce downtime through Komatsu-certified procedures.
  • Operator Training: focusing on safe, skilled, and efficient machine use with hands-on coaching, assessments, and performance feedback.
  • Application Engineering: offering tailored insights to maximize equipment productivity through data-driven site evaluations and operating cost analysis.

These programs are led by certified instructors using real-world scenarios, interactive tools, and Komatsu factory-aligned training materials to ensure measurable, high-impact learning outcomes.

Onsite Training Center, Bringing Expertise to You

To support clients in remote areas or active project zones, GTHE also operates a fully functional Onsite Training Center, a custom-designed mobile unit equipped with simulators and instructional technology. Unlike the fixed-location centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this on-wheels classroom travels directly to job sites, delivering operator and maintenance training without disrupting operations.

Key benefits include:

  • Reduced operator travel time and training-related downtime.
  • Real-time, hands-on learning at the customer’s site using their own machines.
  • The ability to train multiple team members efficiently during workday windows.

This mobility ensures that even the most time-pressed projects can benefit from Galadari’s training expertise, whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Built for Performance. Trained for Precision.

Whether you’re commissioning a new fleet, onboarding fresh talent, or upskilling experienced crews, Galadari’s Training Centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi offer the tools, instruction, and support to elevate your operations. Combined with the flexibility of the Onsite Training Center, GTHE delivers a powerful training model designed around the real needs of contractors and operators across the UAE.

Galadari Heavy Equipment is more than a machine supplier, it’s a long-term partner in building capable, confident teams ready to meet the challenges of today’s job sites.
