Dubai, UAE – April 30, 2025 – Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) welcomed a delegation of Komatsu Middle East dealers to its Dubai headquarters on April 30. The visit marked a significant opportunity to showcase GTHE’s cutting-edge infrastructure and reaffirm the strong partnership between Komatsu and Galadari Group.
The guests were warmly received by Galadari Heavy Equipment CEO Mr. Samer Khalid and GTHE General Manager Mr. Mahmoud Al Hamarshah, alongside the company’s department managers. Together, they provided a comprehensive tour of GTHE’s state-of-the-art facilities, underlining the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer support.
The tour included a walkthrough of the main offices, where the visiting dealers were introduced to the organizational structure and customer service operations. The delegation also visited the fully equipped workshop and the advanced Dynamometer unit—an essential part of GTHE’s machinery diagnostics capabilities.
Further highlights included the company’s eco-conscious water recycling unit, designed to promote sustainability in equipment servicing, and the On-Wheels Training Center, a mobile learning platform that takes technical expertise directly to clients across the country.
The group also explored the training facilities dedicated to upskilling technicians and engineers, as well as the service unit, which provides efficient and high-quality machinery maintenance. A final stop was made at KOWA Labs, GTHE’s in-house laboratory, where oils and fluids from machinery are analyzed to ensure peak performance and predictive maintenance.
