Lokotrack® LT120™ is a mobile jaw crusher especially for aggregates production. It can be used as the first crusher in a multistage crushing process or as a stand-alone unit. Lokotrack® LT120™ is mounted on tracks, so it can be easily moved inside a quarry and transported between sites on a low bed truck. 

High capacity mobile crusher

Lokotrack® LT120™ mobile jaw crusher is built around the Nordberg® C120™ crushing unit, which is designed for crushing hard rock types such as granite, basalt and gneiss. The crusher’s large feed opening provides outstanding capacity due to an excellent nip angle and aggressive linear stroke.

The hydraulic drive ensures trouble-free operation and enables the crusher direction to be changed in the event of blockage to clear the cavity. The CAT® engine, in turn, provides energy efficient power for the crusher.  

Optimum crushing results 

The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator’s cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control. Metso Metrics online monitoring service however keeps you up to date on your processes and Lokotrack fleet when you are off-site helping you stay ahead of maintenance and maximize output.

Safe and easy to operate 

Lokotrack® LT120™ mobile crusher is safe to operate and maintain. The jaw die bolts are easily accessible, and the composite covers protecting the flywheels can be safely and easily opened. Wide service platforms and easy access to the maintenance points significantly improve the safety of daily operations.
